Booking Info & Policies
Please read before booking with
AND PHOTOGRAPHY
Welcome to AND Photography, based in Nashville, Tennessee. Before you secure your session, please take a moment to review our policies to ensure a smooth, professional, and creative experience.
BOOKING PROCESS
• A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date.
• Deposits can be paid via Zelle @alexusmatthews@outlook.com
• Remaining balance is due the day of your session via Cash, Zelle, or
In-Person Tap.
• All sales are final.
REQUIRED CONSULTATION
A consultation must happen before your appointment is finalized.
During the consultation, we will:
• Confirm your session type & details
• Discuss your preferred location (location is based on mutual agreement)
• Review any inspiration photos
• Go over editing preferences
• Add any optional upgrades
(see below)
You’ll receive a final booking confirmation after the consultation.
SESSIONS TYPES AND TIMING
Mini Sessions - 30 Minutes
Standard Sessions -1 Hour
Special Sessions -2 Hours
Extended Time Policy:
If your session exceeds the booked time, an additional $10 will be charged for every 15 minutes past your scheduled end time. Be sure to book the correct session length or add time in advance.
ADD-ONS & UPGRADES
Customize your session with the following optional add-ons:
• Premium Studio Setup – $30
(Props, spotlight, special chairs, roses, etc.)
• Group Photoshoots – $20 (3+ people)
• Two Locations – $30
• After-Edits/Graphics/Text – $25
(For branding, names, quotes, etc.)
• Premium Entrepreneur Shoot – $50
Be sure to add on any upgrades needed during booking or consultation.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
• You must give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
• No-shows will not be refunded and
will not be allowed to book again.
• A $10 late fee will be applied after
10 minutes.
• Going over time will result in
additional charges ($15 per 15 minutes).
